caramel popcorn

 un-popped corn  150g | sugar 200g | honey 30g | cream 100g (way too much!!due to overspilling)

I made just a small batch as an experiment

  too much cream was my first mistake. n i also didn’t cook the caramel long enough. it turned gooey n sticky.  fortunately, my small  oven came to the rescue. it looks so nice and crisp when it just came out of the oven. but the humidity caused it it to lose its crunch.


the good news: almost every one said it taste good ^^. just need some salt.
