week 2

I have been in paris for 2 weeks now. Getting used to the life here finally. The school is very intense. Hands-on classes goes for 5-6hrs daily.but it was fun.and I learn a lot.
As the saying goes “practice makes perfect”.the class has been making tarts for 2 weeks now.n there is a really big improvement I believe.our instructor is really nice as well.he really know how to create a happy environment,which is very important if we work in the kitchen.
I really hope I have what it takes to be a pastry chef.
